In collaboration with the Van Maercke Group from Oudenaarde, Groep Bouwen in 2007 built a commercial complex for various roadside stores, located across from the Carrefour site in Ronse, with a total surface area of 6,000 m². Tenants include Gamma, JBC, HEMA and Koodza. After leasing, the complex was transferred to the investment group around Roeland van Maercke (RVM Invest).
